I took a different approach to building the second box. This one is more of a frame with some cheap ass luan for the sides and bottom. I did a much better job of fitting it to the top of the wall and it sits much more level than the first box I built. On both boxes I added a board that butts up against the outside of the wall.

This is to keep the boxes from tipping over the wall in high winds. These boxes have gone through some horrible thunderstorms that knocked over trees on my street - the boxes didn't budge an inch.
